With this latest iteration of the Symbility product suite, new functionality is being introduced to better enhance and streamline the claims estimation process. One key element of the new release is the use of supplements; estimates and diagrams may be locked and any additional modifications to the estimate may be added to a newly created supplemental estimate. The supplemental estimate may display the estimate’s changes, its evolution or provide a final version incorporating the original and supplemental changes into a single view. This new feature of Mobile Claims and Claims Connect will ensure faster and more concise resolution of claims and enhanced collaboration between claim participants.
