The Haus360 solution offers a complete and transparent process for building property and casualty claims. The solution comprises three components: Haus360 – Steuerung, Haus360 – Aufnahme and Haus360 – Regulierung. Haus360 – Aufnahme enables call center operators to efficiently and accurately assess claim damage and settle claims from the first notification of loss. Haus360 – Steuerung is the collaborative workflow management tool that seamlessly connects all claims parties for a true integrated claims approach. Recognizing the need for an estimation and workflow management solution in the German property and casualty market, the Innovation Group and Symbility Solutions chose to adapt the current Innovation Symbility platform for use throughout Germany. Among the features included with the Haus360 launch are the inclusion of the Euro currency, incorporation of German language, new database integration and regulated engineering reports.
