Integrated into Symbility Mobile Claims®, the industry’s most intuitive smartphone and tablet-enabled field estimating application in enhancing adjuster and third-party contractor productivity, Symbility’s SmartScope tool will enable adjusters to create a detailed room-by-room estimate by filling in a series of pre-existing and customizable questions based on the carrier’s workflow and claim practise requirements. After a user responds to the hierarchical set of questions found in SmartScope, an estimate will be generated onsite through Mobile Claims. Once generated, the estimate can be modified at any time – allowing users to save even more time and achieve faster settlement results.
