Symbility proves scalable throughout user growth with unparalleled 99.99% uptime reliability index since inception

WATERLOO, ONTARIO–(CCNMatthews – Jan. 29, 2007) – Symbility Solutions Inc. (www.symbilitysolutions.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AUT) is pleased to announce a new milestone in the adoption of its mobile claims processing solution as this week it exceeded 5,000 registered users.

The recent growth in the user base has come from the Midwestern United States and Quebec regions resulting from the rollout of contracts signed in the fourth quarter of 2006. Additional pilot programs running in both Canada and the United States have also contributed to the increased adoption rate.

Concurrent with the increasing usage, Symbility is also pleased to announce that the system continues to scale to the adoption rate with a reliability index of 99.99% uptime and has been tracking to this rate since inception. With the growing demand in the insurance industry for business process utilization and Software as a Service (SaaS) models, reliability is a critical component to ensure that customers do not experience business interruption.

“To reach 5,000 users just over a year after registering our 1,000th user is a tremendous growth rate and a testament to the ease of deployment of our application.” states James Swayze, Chief Executive Officer at Automated Benefits Corp. “The quality of the underlying architecture of our product is the key to supporting such rapid growth. To maintain 99.99% uptime as we scale our expansion is the equivalent of less than an hour of downtime per year for a service that runs 24/7”.
