TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Oct. 17, 2012) – Adjudicare®, a division of Symbility Solutions Inc.® (TSX VENTURE:SY), is pleased to announce the formalization of a signed contract with Assure Group Benefits (“Assure”), of Vancouver, British Colombia for the use of Adjudicare, a web-based software solution that enables insurance brokers and third-party administrators across Canada to adjudicate health and dental claims on behalf of their group benefit clients.

Founded in 2007, Assure Group Benefits provides flexible, cost-effective and comprehensive employee benefit packages to various groups in the greater Vancouver area. In order to offer increased flexibility of plan designs to plan sponsors, and an even higher standard of service to their clients, Assure has proceeded with the implementation of Adjudicare to bring claims administration in-house. Assure will transition all of their existing accounts to the platform and their valued clients will benefit from localized claim payment services, access to online claims and administration portals, and significantly reduced claims payment times.
