TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Sept. 24, 2012) – Automated Benefits Inc.® (“Adjudicare“), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Symbility Solutions Inc.® (TSX VENTURE:SY); providers of a web-based software solution that enable insurance brokers and third party administrators across Canada to adjudicate health and dental claims on behalf of their group benefit clients, is pleased to announce the formalization of a multi-year strategic partnership with Foresight Health Incorporated (“FHI”), a firm specializing in unique proprietary wellness solutions for Canadian businesses.

Beginning September 2012, Adjudicare will distribute FHI’s Foresight Health Navigator, an on-line health risk appraisal system, to our national network of Third-Party Administrators and Brokers. Established in 2009, FHI is a leader in providing innovative, proprietary and practical approaches to employee wellness. At the heart of their proprietary approach is M4: employee wellness is achieved when employers measure and monitor wellness, motivate employees and ultimately monetize any investment in creating healthier, more productive employees.

“Wellness starts with getting a baseline measurement of the health of your employee population. Once we have the data, we can set wellness goals, monitor progress toward those goals, incent employees to better health and ultimately correlate this to the spend on employee benefits, wellness programs and productivity. Until now, no one has created a simple, low risk, low cost tool to measure wellness. We are excited about our unique position and the power of Adjudicare’s network to sell our solution,” comments Scott Beckett, President, Foresight Health Inc.

“We are excited to offer this leading-edge health risk appraisal solution to our extensive partner network,” states Richard Adair, President of Adjudicare. “FHI’s solutions will be advantageous to our varied client base by giving them a way to accurately measure and monitor the health of their employees. It will also help them to understand prevent and reduce the volume of claims and enhance our partners’ ability to differentiate their brand in a competitive group benefits environment.”
