Hurricane Harvey & Hurricane Irma

In the wake of Hurricane Harvey that tore through the Texas and Louisiana areas last week, and with Hurricane Irma expected to make landfall in Florida shortly, the team at Symbility wants to reassure you that we’re here to support and help you and your teams.

Maximize the Benefits of MobileClaims

First, please make sure that you have Symbility Mobile Claims installed and working. This will be your main tool to connecting with carriers and assignments. If you do, please login and the software will automatically update to make sure you are using the latest version. If you no longer have Mobile Claims installed, please head to www.symbility.net where you can download and install the latest copy.

Online Training Resources for You

Next, we encourage you to review our FREE online training resources for refreshers, tips, and tricks with using our software. While all of the resources found in our training area are useful, here’s four training videos that we recommend for this particular situation:
