Librestream’s Onsight Connect® video collaboration application will be integrated into Symbility’s property claims workflow management solutionClaims Connect®, and its smartphone and tablet-enabled field estimating application Mobile Claims®. This video collaboration solution will transform the way property damage is captured by encouraging customer self-service and providing live video support to field adjustors, minimizing the adjuster’s physical presence onsite. Using Onsight, the desk adjuster will be able to capture details of the damaged property without leaving the office. Through a simple phone call to the customer or field adjustor’s mobile device, the desk adjuster will be able to see the exact damage, visually document it and quickly process the claim. This live collaboration between smartphones, tablets, and desktops will further streamline the estimate cycle and allow Symbility’s clients to achieve significant operational efficiencies.
