TORONTO, ON–(February 05, 2016) – Symbility Solutions Inc. (“Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE: SY), a global software company dedicated to developing applications for the insurance industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of David R. Hayes to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Hayes is currently the Vice President and Treasurer for CoreLogic where he oversees the corporate treasury function for the company. Prior to joining CoreLogic in 2009, Mr. Hayes served in a variety of leadership roles for Prospect Mortgage, LLC and Indymac Bank within senior consumer banking, enterprise risk management, finance and treasury divisions. Mr. Hayes holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Hayes replaces Olumide Soroye, Managing Director of Property Information & Analytics at CoreLogic, on the Board of Directors. The management and board thank Mr. Soroye for his service as a Director and wish him success in his future endeavors.
