(TSX.V: SY), a global software company focused on modernizing the insurance industry, is pleased to announce that the US division of a major global insurance organization, has selected Symbility’s claims technology to integrate into its homeowner and commercial property lines.

This carrier has begun implementing Symbility’s complete cloud-based claims settlement platform, including Symbility’s Claims Connect, a property and casualty claims workflow management solution that will streamline the claims estimating process by reducing cycle time and increasing accuracy in all aspects of the claims handling process; Symbility Business Intelligence, a module within Claims Connect, which offers users access to a wide range of interactive and customizable dashboards, report templates, comparative analyses against industry performance, as well as tools enabling detailed mining and export of claims data. Adjusters and third-party contractors will use Symbility Mobile Claims®, the industry’s most intuitive mobile-enabled field estimating solution and additionally, this carrier will leverage Symbility’s Video Connect application, which enables adjusters a direct way to engage the policyholders to visually perform a complete, accurate and secure remote inspection of the damaged property using the camera on the policyholder’s mobile device.
