As part of the agreement, Dakota Claims Service will implement Symbility’s Claims Connect®, an innovative property and casualty claims workflow management software that will streamline the claims estimating process by reducing cycle time and increasing accuracy in all aspects of the claims handling process. Dakota Claims Service will also use Symbility Mobile Claims®, the industry’s most intuitive smartphone and tablet-enabled field estimating solution in enhancing adjuster and third-party contractor productivity. Mobile Claims will provide Dakota Claims Service adjusters with quick and accurate claims capturing capabilities, resulting in faster and more efficient claims settlement.
