Symbility adoption rate increasing rapidly in the property insurance industry

Symbility Solutions Inc. (www.symbilitysolutions.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AUT), has reached a new milestone for the adoption of its mobile claims processing solution. Two short months after reaching the 1,000th user threshold, Symbility has demonstrated an accelerated acceptance across North America by reaching 1,500 users for its mobile claims system.

“From the moment Symbility was founded, the company has been building its efforts to branch out and bring its innovative solution to insurance carriers across North America,” said James Swayze, chief executive officer, Automated Benefits Corp. “We now have contractors and adjusters from Newfoundland to British Columbia, New York to California and as far reaching as Hawaii registering and using Symbility mobile claims to do their property insurance loss estimates.”

Available for any mobile-enabled, pen-based handheld platform, the Symbility Solutions system allows adjusters and contractors to write and process claims on-site with greater accuracy and to settle claims more quickly. Some of the key customers using the new system are Canadian-based insurance carriers Economical Insurance Group, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada and Gore Mutual Insurance Company. Other users who have actively put claims through the Symbility Solutions system include independent adjusters and contracting companies, plus a number of U.S.- based insurance companies currently running pilot programs.
