WATERLOO, ONTARIO–(CCNMatthews – Jan. 23, 2006) –

Latest version available in French Language

Symbility Solutions Inc. (www.symbilitysolutions.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AUT), has announced the launch of Version 2.4, the newest update of its mobile claims software platform, and the first to be available as a bilingual version for French-speaking claim adjustors and restoration contractors.

This latest version of Symbility mobile claims gives French-speaking claims adjustors/contractors the ability to create a claim in either language and to instantly switch the interface and all estimates to the other language at any time without having to restart the software or leave the current screen that they are working on. This on-the-fly translation feature also applies to estimates, floor plans, roof plans and journal entries that have been created by claim adjustors and contractors in the field.

“Symbility is the only claims system in the world that provides true bilingual (English to French) flexibility. No longer does a user need to decide what language to use before creating a claim file. They can decide to work in either language and provide claim estimates to insureds in either language,” states Eric Embacher, Symbility chief software architect.

“This new version of the Symbilty mobile claims software allows our current insurance customers an instant option to manage their claims in either English or French to better serve the needs of the Quebec market, states James Swayze, Automated Benefits Corp. chief executive officer. With this multi-lingual platform in place, our ability to incorporate additional languages is reduced to a simple translation exercise which bodes well for our European expansion efforts to commence by the end of 2006.”

Some of the additional highlights of Version 2.4 include:

– New Functionality: With advanced analytics now implemented in the software, users can take an historical perspective on the data from claims processed on Symbility.NET, Symbility’s web-based claims hub. This means that users can customize their data to see executive metrics on almost every aspect of the system (e.g. number of claims filed per month, average time a claim is open, average cost per claims, etc.)

– Multimedia Attachments: Users can now annotate claims photos with various graphical tools such as red marker, call-outs and text boxes. In addition, Symbility s unique voice annotation function captures a users speech as another time saving alternative for documenting field information.

– Customer Service Feature: Guest user accounts allow any claim participant to create a no-cost portal for the insured that allows the insured to monitor the activity and status of the claim.

– Automatic minimum charge calculations: Symbility mobile claims automatically applies the minimum charge for a particular type of damage if the total charge for that item is less than the set minimum as defined by local prevailing costs.

– Full compatibility with the latest Pocket PC operating system: Symbility mobile claims pen-based estimate creation software is now fully compatible with Microsoft s Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system for Pocket PC devices.

– Better estimate analysis: the new Component Summary instantly breaks down the financial information in an estimate and summarizes the materials, labor and equipment components, which aids purchasing of materials and comparing competing estimates.

Version 2.4 of Symbility mobile claims is being deployed to Symbility s current clients, including Economical Insurance Group, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada and Gore Mutual Insurance who are leveraging recent enhancements for their claim adjustors and contractors nationwide.
