Scheduled Training - Symbility Headquarters

We regularly hold classes at our head office in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Each class is a full day (8:30am to 4:30pm) session covering either the basics (Basic Course, ideal as either an introduction to the software or as a refresher if you're already using it) or advanced concepts (Advanced course).

All students must bring their own computers (pen-based or otherwise - Tablet PC, Pocket PC or laptop) which must have wireless network capabilities (a WiFi/802.11b/g access point is provided). We provide all course material handouts.

The training cost is applied to your Symbility.NET account.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled class booking anytime prior to 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Within 2 weeks of the class, 50% of your booking fee is refundable. Training cancelled on or after the day of training ("no-shows") is non-refundable.

Custom on-site training classes

If you have a large group (up to 15 students) that desires training at your location, we will provide two professional training staff to train them. We will travel anywhere you require us.

We provide course materials (hand-outs), a multimedia projector, trainers' computer equipment, and a wireless access point. You provide the facilities, all meals and refreshments and computers for all students (wireless capabilities highly recommended).

We will either instruct using our standard Basic or Advanced course or customize it to fit your particular needs.

Remote training via the web

Using GoToMeeting™, your computer, a phone and internet connection, this training method allows you to receive a fully interactive Symbility training session from the comfort of your own office or boardroom - you choose the location.

There are no flights to book and no hotel arrangements to make. Plus, you can choose to invite as many people to the training session as you want. This online presentation (you see us working the software in "remote-control" fashion in your web browser) and the conference call is facilitated by a Symbility trainer.

Once the session is booked and confirmed, you simply call Symbility Education Services (519-579-8053) at the time that your session is scheduled and your personal training session begins!
