Scheduled Class Room Training - Symbility Montréal Office
We regularly hold classes at our office in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Classes offered include;
- Intro Concepts – this class introduces new users to the software or can be used as a refresher for previous users
- Advanced Concepts – this class is designed for experienced Symbility Software users
Each class is a full day (8:30am to 4:30pm) session and students must bring their own computers (pen-based or otherwise - Tablet PC or laptop) with wireless network capabilities (a WiFi/802.11b/g access point is provided). Symbility will provide all course material handouts.

The training cost is applied to your Symbility.NET account.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a scheduled class booking anytime prior to 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Within 2 weeks of the class, 50% of your booking fee is refundable. Training cancelled on or after the day of training ("no-shows") is non-refundable.
Scheduled training classes – at a location near you
We regularly offer training courses in different locations throughout North America. We require at least 8 students to hold a class, and the maximum class size is 12 students.

Custom on-site training classes
If you have a large group (up to 15 students) that desires training at your location, Symbility will provide two professional training staff that will travel to your site.
We provide course materials (hand-outs), a multimedia projector, trainers' computer equipment, and a wireless access point. You provide the facilities, meals and refreshments and computers for attending students (wireless capabilities highly recommended).
We will either instruct using our standard introductory or advanced course, or customize it to fit your particular needs.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel at any time but are responsible for any travel expense cancellation charges we incur.
Remote training via the web
Using GoToMeeting™, your computer, a phone and internet connection, this training method allows you to receive a fully interactive Symbility training session from the comfort of your own office or boardroom - you choose the location.
There are no flights to book and no hotel arrangements to make. Plus, you can choose to invite as many people to the training session as you want. This online presentation and the conference call is facilitated by a Symbility trainer.

Once the session is booked and confirmed, you simply call Symbility Education Services (416-847-1179) at the scheduled time and your personal training session begins!
