NEW MINOR FEATURES AND ENHANCEMENTS
Users can now formally assign claims from one user to another within the same company. This feature is found on Symbility.NET and adds a new link in the Commands panel. For insurance companies, the Assign Vendor link has been changed to Assign this Claim, and that link was also added to the Commands panel for contractors and independent adjusters. Once a user assigns a claim to either an internal user or a vendor, the Claim Status will automatically update and can be queried using the Analytics tool found on Symbility.NET. When a user is assigned to a claim, that user cannot choose to stop participating in the claim or add or remove participants. Assigned users also cannot change the status of an estimate to approved.

Our forms now allow users to ink on them and also feature expandable text boxes. These expandable text boxes will resize automatically based on how much text is inserted into the fields. These enhancements allow the creation of new and different types of forms for all Symbility users.
The Administration page has been renamed Loss Summary to better reflect the information featured on this page. When printing the new Loss Summary page, the Initial Loss Report, Cause, Damages and General Comments boxes will expand so print-outs display all text entered within these fields.
Using the Symbility Application Protocol Interface (API), the data entered in forms is now retrievable. Information on how to integrate the new form protocols with your current Claims Management System (CMS) can be found in the following documentation. If your CMS is not currently integrated with Symbility's API, you can find out more on how to activate it by contacting support at support@symbilitysolutions.com.

Due to our current expansion in the United Kingdom we've added a new language, English (UK). This new language setting includes specific terminology used in the United Kingdom, as well as a new way to view metric measurements.
